The ABC Generator Controller is a highly efficient and versatile device designed for monitoring and controlling the operation of generators. With its advanced features and user-friendly interface, this controller is the perfect solution for various applications.

The controller features a high-quality LED Nixie tube display and a durable silicon rubber operation panel, ensuring easy and convenient operation. The digital input allows for seamless integration with external devices, while the five relay outputs (including two transistor outputs) offer versatile control options.

One of the key features of the ABC Generator Controller is its ability to collect single-phase voltage from both mains and generator sources. This feature is especially useful in 50Hz/60Hz AC systems, allowing for accurate and reliable monitoring of voltage levels.

The switchable displayed parameters include mains voltage, generator voltage, engine cylinder temperature, generator frequency, battery voltage, and accumulated running time. This allows users to easily monitor and control these crucial aspects of generator operation.

The controller also comes equipped with mains electricity monitoring and AMF (Automatic Mains Failure) functions, adding an extra layer of security and efficiency to the generator system. In addition, it offers comprehensive protection functions for the generator, including under/over voltage, under/over frequency, low oil pressure, and fail to start protection.

To ensure precise control over the generator system, the controller utilizes a stepper motor and programmable outputs to control the air flap, adjusting it according to the cylinder temperature. This not only optimizes performance but also enhances safety and energy efficiency.

The ABC Generator Controller allows for three optional crank disconnect conditions, including generator frequency, speed, and speed + generator frequency. This flexibility ensures compatibility with various types of generators and enables seamless integration into different setups.

With two discrete inputs, the controller can be easily configured for remote start and low oil pressure input. Additionally, it features three fixed relay outputs for fuel output, start output, and ignition control. Furthermore, the two programmable transistor outputs can be set for various purposes, such as common alarm output, ETS control, idle control, preheat control, and more.

The controller also offers a LINK communication interface, allowing for seamless integration with other systems. Its compact and modular design, along with the anti-flaming ABS case, ensures durability and safety.

In conclusion, the ABC Generator Controller is a versatile and reliable solution for monitoring and controlling generator operations. With its advanced features, user-friendly interface, and robust construction, this controller is the ideal choice for a wide range of applications.
